The village of Horwich is 5 minutes from the caravan site offering shops, several excellent restaurants and a leisure centre. Middlebrook Retail Park, the home of Bolton Wanderers, a host of brand name shops and 2 supermarkets is less than 10 minutes away. Additionally, the towns of Bolton, Chorley and Wigan are all within 20 minutes drive. A trip to the seaside at Southport, Blackpool or Morcambe is just an hour away. Alternatively, you could be in the Lake District within the hour. |

Rivington Country Park
This fabulous country park, which is right on our doorstep, was given to the people of Bolton by Lord Leverhulme. With miles of paths to explore you could climb to 1200ft peak of Rivington Pike, find the castle ruins on the banks of one of the 3 reservoirs or visit the Terraced Gardens and the Pigeon Tower.
